Notice: Mandatory Website for All Educational Institutions
As per the recent directive from the Ministry of Education, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, it is now mandatory for all educational institutions (schools, colleges, madrasahs, and universities) to maintain and regularly update an official institutional website.
This directive is aimed at ensuring transparency, improving access to institutional information, and facilitating the digitalization of the education sector. All educational institutions must comply with the following guidelines:
Launch and maintain a dedicated website for the institution.
Regularly update important notices, academic calendars, examination schedules, and other relevant information.
Ensure the website is accessible to students, guardians, and the general public.
Submit the website link to the concerned education board or governing authority within the given timeline.
Institutions failing to comply may face administrative actions as per the ministry’s regulations.
All concerned are requested to take immediate steps to comply with this directive.

নোটিশ: সকল শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ওয়েবসাইট চালু বাধ্যতামূলক
গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের সাম্প্রতিক নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী, দেশের সকল শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য (বিদ্যালয়, কলেজ, মাদ্রাসা ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) নিজস্ব অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট চালু করা ও নিয়মিত হালনাগাদ করা বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে।
এই নির্দেশনার মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর তথ্যপ্রবাহে স্বচ্ছতা আনয়ন, শিক্ষার্থীদের ও অভিভাবকদের তথ্যপ্রাপ্তি সহজতর করা এবং শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার ডিজিটালাইজেশন নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের জন্য নির্দেশনাসমূহ:
১। নিজস্ব একটি ওয়েবসাইট চালু ও নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করতে হবে।
২। ওয়েবসাইটে নিয়মিত নোটিশ, একাডেমিক ক্যালেন্ডার, পরীক্ষার সময়সূচি ও অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে হবে।
৩। ওয়েবসাইটটি শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক ও সাধারণ জনগণের জন্য উন্মুক্ত রাখতে হবে।
৪। নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষা বোর্ড/কর্তৃপক্ষ বরাবর ওয়েবসাইটের ঠিকানা (URL) জমা দিতে হবে।
উক্ত নির্দেশনা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ না করলে প্রশাসনিক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে।
সকলের অবগতির জন্য এ নির্দেশনা জারী করা হলো।
